List of maximum length per CDR chain

    CDR1a : 7
    CDR2a : 8
    CDR3a : 22
    CDR1b : 6
    CDR2b : 7
    CDR3b : 23

    Note that the leading C and trailing F amino acids must be trimmed for CDR3a and CDR3b.
    If you are missing lines in your output file, it might be that the lengths used is not covered.
