The NetTCR-1.0 server predicts binding probabilties between a TCR CDR3 sequence towards either of the four MHC-I HLA-A*02-01 peptides: GILGFVFTL, NLVPMVATV, GLCTLVAML or YVLDHLIVV.


The server only accepts amino acid sequences and takes in newspace separated TCR CDR3 sequences or a tab separated with TCR CDR3 peptide pairs (Load Example on Submission page for illustration of the format)

Paste TCR CDR3 sequence(s) or TCR CDR3 peptide pairs into field marked by arrow A or upload a fasta file marked by arrow C. If TCR CDR3 sequences entered, you can specify which peptides to pair against marked by arrow B. Click the submit button, marked by arrow D, when protein sequences are entered.

Computational time can range from a couple of seconds to several minutes depending on the queue and the sample size.

After the server successfully finishes the job, a Server Output page shows up. If an error happens during prediction a log will appear specifying the error.

Use the navigation bar (arrow A) to flip through the various output pages. The output can be exported in the format of CSV or JSON by clicking "Export All" on the far right of the navigation bar (arrow B). The default page is the Server Output, where a short description and summary of the prediction (arrow C), followed by a paginated table of the predicted TCR CDR3 sequences and its corresponding peptide (arrow D). The search bar allows easy accessibility of viewing a specific TCR CDR3 or peptide. Click the ⇧/⇩ in table header Prediction to sort based on prediction value.
